About the role
As a Program Delivery Lead, Cognizant Consulting, you will make an impact by leading the end-to-end delivery of the Value VxP Program, ensuring program objectives, delivery timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met. You will be a valued member of the Cognizant Consulting team and work collaboratively with client leadership, vendor teams, service lines, Program Directors, Project Managers, and technical delivery teams.
In this role, you will:
- Manage all aspects of the Value VxP Program, including delivery planning, execution, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Build trusted client relationships by acting as a technical advisor to customer technical and leadership teams, while serving as the primary escalation point for delivery-related matters.
- Collaborate with client teams, vendor teams, service lines, Program Directors, Project Managers, and technical delivery teams to ensure overall program objectives and timelines are achieved.
- Lead resource planning, allocation, and capacity forecasting to optimize delivery capability and support successful execution.
- Provide overall program leadership to technical teams, ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Champion automation initiatives across delivery processes to improve efficiency, quality, consistency, and speed of execution.
- Oversee testing activities within customer environments, ensuring alignment with project requirements while promoting automated testing frameworks and continuous improvement.
- Manage technical escalations across Delivery, Engineering, Support, and Managed Services teams.
- Identify delivery risks, assess business impact, and implement proactive mitigation strategies to support successful outcomes.

What you must have to be considered
- Strong experience leading complex technology delivery programs in a client-facing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage program delivery across cross-functional teams, including client teams, vendor teams, service lines, engineering, support, and managed services.
- Experience leading resource planning, allocation, capacity forecasting, delivery governance, and risk mitigation.
- Strong technical advisory skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customer technical teams and senior leadership.
- Experience managing delivery-related escalations and driving resolution across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions within agreed timelines, budgets, and business expectations.

- Experience supporting automation initiatives across delivery, testing, or operational processes.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks, continuous improvement practices, and quality-focused delivery methods.
- Strong program leadership skills with the ability to bring structure, clarity, and accountability to complex delivery environments.
- Experience working in consulting, professional services, or client delivery organizations.
- Ability to build trusted relationships, manage ambiguity, and proactively identify risks before they impact delivery.
