About Cognizant Moment
Cognizant Moment is focused on reinventing experience in an AI-enabled world. The practice combines deep industry expertise, data insights, and generative AI to help clients deliver personalized, innovative experiences across marketing, commerce, digital products, content and marketing platforms, modern workplace, and employee engagement.
About the role
As a Service Line Sales (SLS) Executive, you will make an impact by owning the end-to-end Cognizant Moment sales motion across an assigned Healthcare account portfolio in North America — identifying opportunities, shaping solutions, and closing business across the full Moment portfolio, including Adobe-based marketing, commerce and design, digital product and experience transformation, content and marketing platforms, and modern workplace. You will be a valued member of the Cognizant Moment Healthcare team and work collaboratively with Client Partners, cross-functional pursuit teams, account and consulting groups, and alliance partners such as Adobe and Salesforce.
In this role, you will
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned to Healthcare industry trends across the full Moment portfolio, building and managing a multi-offering pipeline with a hunting mindset for market and account whitespace.
- Lead cross-functional pursuit teams, shaping deal structure, pricing, and value proposition, and creating compelling narratives, proposals, and RFP responses that differentiate Cognizant.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders at the CxO, VP, and Director levels, building executive relationships across sales, marketing, product, IT, and business teams to drive client satisfaction and long-term growth.
- Create, drive, and deliver predictable sales forecasts using Cognizant's CRM tool (Winzone), keeping the CRM current weekly and applying sales best practices such as call plans, win strategies, close plans, and the Deal Health Checklist.
- Align with account teams, consulting groups, other service lines, and alliance partners to orchestrate integrated solutions and contribute to account planning and pipeline generation.

- Experience selling into Healthcare clients — Payor, Provider, and other healthcare insurance players.
- Working knowledge across at least two of Moment's core domains: Experience Transformation & AI, Digital Marketing, Adobe Experience Cloud, Content & Marketing Platforms, or Modern Workplace, with the ability to translate business challenges into scalable, multi-capability solutions.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
These will help you stand out
