About the role
We are seeking a Blue Yonder Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Blue Yonder planning solutions across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Optimization, and Fulfillment. This role requires deep functional and technical expertise, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to deliver scalable supply chain solutions that drive business value and operational excellence.
In this role, you will:
· Lead end-to-end Blue Yonder Planning implementations, enhancements, and solution deployments.
· Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define and deliver Blue Yonder solutions across Demand Planning, Fulfillment, Inventory Optimization (IO), Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP), and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
· Design scalable solution architectures and ensure alignment with business objectives, roadmap strategies, and best practices.
· Provide hands-on expertise in Blue Yonder Demand, Fulfillment, Master Planning, Inventory Optimization, and related planning applications.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting integrations with SAP ECC, SAP BW, middleware platforms, data lakes, WMS, and other enterprise applications.
· Oversee project delivery, issue resolution, risk management, and defect remediation to ensure successful implementation outcomes.
· Mentor and guide project team members, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
· Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships that support long-term project and business success.

What you need to have to be considered
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field.
· 9+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management solutions and implementations.
· 3+ years of hands-on experience with Blue Yonder Planning applications.
· Proven experience designing and delivering Blue Yonder solution architectures in complex enterprise environments.
· Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and S&OP.
This will help you stand out
· Blue Yonder certifications in Planning, Demand, Fulfillment, or related modules.
· Experience integrating Blue Yonder solutions with SAP, WMS, data platforms, and enterprise analytics solutions.
· Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and client-facing communication skills.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 - $150,000, depending on experience, qualifications, location, and other factors related to the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
