Job Summary : Senior Software Integration Test Engineer is responsible for designing developing implementing and executing automated and manual test cases to ensure the quality of automotive software features across multiple domains (including DI Body Vehicle Access Restraints and Connectivity etc). This role will write robust maintainable and scalable test code analyze complex system defects validate test automation tools/libraries and collaborate closely with development. 3. Responsibilities : - Design comprehensive test strategies and detailed test cases for automotive verification and validation using vTestStudio and aligned scripting approaches to ensure thorough coverage of functional and integration scenarios. - Develop enhance and maintain automated test scripts in Python to validate complex automotive system behaviors while increasing the efficiency and repeatability of regression testing cycles. - Create and refine Bash based scripting solutions to orchestrate test execution manage test environments and automate log collection for large scale and distributed test setups. - Apply CAPL scripting expertise to configure and execute bus communication tests simulate network traffic and validate protocol level interactions in automotive systems. - Build extend and optimize test frameworks that integrate vTestStudio Python Bash and CAPL components to provide a standardized and scalable verification platform for project teams. - Analyze test results logs and metrics generated from automated frameworks to identify defects classify their root causes and provide clear recommendations that improve system stability and reliability. - Collaborate closely with development system engineering and quality teams in an office based day shift environment to clarify requirements refine test objectives and ensure alignment with automotive verification and validation standards. - Prepare structured test documentation including plans procedures and execution reports that support audits and demonstrate compliance with internal and external automotive quality expectations. - Coordinate and perform test activities that may require travel to customer sites or test facilities ensuring that on site verification and validation tasks are executed consistently with corporate methodologies. - Communicate complex technical findings and test insights in clear English both in written reports and spoken discussions enabling diverse stakeholders to make informed decisions about product readiness. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by proposing enhancements to test frameworks scripting practices and verification workflows that reduce cycle time and increase defect detection capability. - Mentor less experienced team members in the use of vTestStudio scripting techniques and structured automotive validation practices thereby strengthening overall team competence and project outcomes. - Ensure that all test activities follow organizational safety security and quality guidelines so that verified automotive solutions support safer mobility and deliver positive impact on society. -Qualifications - Demonstrate solid experience between five and nine years in senior level test analysis roles focused on automotive verification and validation activities. - Possess strong practical proficiency in vTestStudio usage for designing test specifications configuring environments and executing automated verification suites. - Show advanced capability in Python scripting for automation data processing and custom test tooling that supports complex scenario validation. - Exhibit hands on expertise with Bash scripting to control test workflows manage system resources and streamline repetitive test operations in office based environments. - Display in depth knowledge of CAPL scripting to model communication patterns create bus simulations and validate in vehicle network interactions. - Bring proven experience in test framework development including architecture design component integration and maintenance for scalable automotive test solutions. - Have established domain experience in automotive verification and validation processes standards and best practices that drive safe and reliable product delivery. 9.
