Sr. Product Test Specialist

Job Summary

Sr Product Test Specialist role in a multinational environment focused on high quality testing of T24 core banking solutions for asset and wealth management clients in a hybrid day shift work model. The position ensures robust system performance risk controlled delivery and consistent client value by designing and executing complex functional and integration tests that safeguard business critical financial processes and support long term customer trust.

Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive test strategies for T24 core modules in asset and wealth management to ensure accurate processing of complex portfolios and financial products across end to end customer journeys.
• Develop detailed test cases and reusable test data sets that validate key asset and wealth management workflows such as account opening portfolio valuation order management settlement and reporting for multiple client segments.
• Execute manual and automated test suites for T24 core configurations and customizations ensuring consistent performance stability and data integrity across hybrid environments used by global operations.
• Analyze functional specifications solution design documents and configuration changes to identify risk areas in asset and wealth management processes and translate them into targeted test scenarios with clear expected results.
• Collaborate closely with product owners business analysts and configuration teams to clarify requirements for wealth management features and ensure test coverage aligns to regulatory compliance and internal control objectives.
• Review test results defects and logs to quickly isolate root causes within T24 parameterization interfaces or custom components and propose practical remediation options that minimize disruption to business users.
• Monitor and validate integration between T24 core and surrounding systems such as portfolio analytics channels reporting tools and data warehouses to ensure seamless straight through processing for asset and wealth operations.
• Provide structured feedback on product quality usability and operational readiness of T24 based solutions highlighting potential impacts on relationship managers operations staff and end investors.
• Prepare clear test documentation including test plans execution reports defect summaries and go live readiness assessments to support transparent stakeholder communication and audit requirements.
• Support continuous improvement by refining regression test packs for asset and wealth management scenarios and by introducing efficient practices that increase test coverage without extending release cycles.
• Coordinate with environment support teams to validate that hybrid test environments reflect production configurations for T24 core ensuring realistic performance and behavior under typical day shift workloads.
• Contribute to risk mitigation by identifying defects that could affect financial accuracy client reporting or regulatory submissions and by prioritizing resolution efforts based on potential business impact.
• Guide junior team members on domain concepts in asset and wealth management and on effective testing of T24 functionalities promoting consistent quality standards across the testing practice.

Qualifications

• Possess strong experience testing T24 core banking modules with focus on configuration validation functional behavior checking and regression coverage for complex financial solutions.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of asset and wealth management concepts including portfolios asset classes advisory processes risk profiles and fee structures to design meaningful domain aligned test scenarios.
• Apply knowledge of financial data flows and reconciliation practices to confirm accuracy of balances valuations and transactional histories produced by T24 and connected systems.
• Utilize solid analytical and problem solving skills to interpret requirements spot inconsistencies in solution design and convert them into precise test conditions and defect reports.
• Exhibit effective communication skills to collaborate with cross functional stakeholders such as business teams technology partners and operations groups in a global hybrid work setting.
• Bring proven experience in structured testing methodologies defect management practices and use of enterprise test management tools in projects with six to nine years of overall professional background.
• Show readiness to work in a day shift hybrid model coordinating onsite and remote collaboration while maintaining strong ownership of product quality outcomes for asset and wealth management solutions.
