Role Overview

The Recruiter will support high-growth hiring initiatives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This role is responsible for managing multiple requisitions simultaneously, building qualified candidate pipelines, and delivering a high-quality experience for candidates and hiring stakeholders.

The Recruiter will operate as part of a vendor-delivered recruiting solution and is expected to work with urgency, independently prioritize competing demands, and consistently meet agreed hiring and service-level expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of open requisitions simultaneously, typically 10–15 or more direct-hire searches or an equivalent volume of high-volume roles.

Lead full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, candidate outreach, screening, interview coordination, candidate assessment, offer support, and closing.

Develop and maintain qualified candidate pipelines across multiple roles, skill sets, industries, or customer segments.

Partner with hiring managers and designated stakeholders to clarify role requirements, candidate profiles, hiring priorities, and timelines.

Conduct a high volume of candidate outreach, screening conversations, and interviews to achieve established weekly and monthly activity and hiring targets.

Maintain accurate and timely candidate, requisition, and pipeline information in designated recruiting systems and tools.

Provide regular updates on pipeline health, candidate quality, hiring progress, risks, and anticipated time-to-fill.

Identify delivery risks or hiring challenges early and recommend practical mitigation strategies.

Use recruiting data and market intelligence to advise stakeholders on talent availability, candidate expectations, sourcing strategies, and competitive conditions.

Support candidate offer discussions and closing strategies within established approval processes and guidelines.

Deliver a professional, inclusive, and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.

Follow all applicable client policies, vendor procedures, confidentiality requirements, data privacy standards, and local employment regulations.

Participate in required training, calibration sessions, performance reviews, and governance meetings.

Required Qualifications

At least two years of professional experience in recruiting, staffing, agency recruiting, recruitment process outsourcing, sourcing, sales, or another production-based and performance-driven environment.

Demonstrated experience managing multiple requisitions, candidate pipelines, customer accounts, or comparable workstreams concurrently.

Experience sourcing candidates and conducting screening interviews to evaluate qualifications, motivation, and role fit.

Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, organizational, and telephone communication skills.

Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize competing tasks, meet deadlines, and work with limited supervision.

Ability to perform effectively in a high-volume environment with defined productivity, quality, and hiring targets.

Experience using applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, or comparable recruiting tools.

Ability to maintain accurate records and appropriately handle confidential candidate and business information.

Professional proficiency in the language or languages required for the supported market

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting recruitment process outsourcing or direct-placement recruiting programs.

Experience recruiting for small and medium-sized business customers or supporting multiple hiring stakeholders.

Experience managing 10–15 or more concurrent direct-hire searches or comparable high-volume recruiting workloads.

Ability to analyze recruiting data and use findings to improve hiring decisions, pipeline development, and stakeholder recommendations.

Experience developing sourcing and hiring strategies for difficult-to-fill or time-sensitive roles.

Experience supporting offer negotiations and candidate closing activities.

Familiarity with the talent market and employment environment in the proposed delivery location.
