Technical Program Manager – IT Facilities & Infrastructure Delivery
We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to support our Enterprise IT organization by leading the IT workstreams associated with office lab and facility projects. We are looking for candidates who have successfully delivered enterprise IT infrastructure as part of facility construction office expansions remodels or corporate real estate initiatives.

In this role, you will:
- Understanding the Facilities roadmap and upcoming projects
- Translating facility milestones into IT workstreams
- Coordinating work across Networking, Infrastructure, AV, EUC, Enterprise Applications, Security, and Workplace teams
- Identifying dependencies early
- Producing accurate IT estimates
- Driving execution through completion
- Escalating risks before they impact construction schedules
- Tracking milestones and ensuring operational readiness before occupancy
- This role requires someone who can proactively coordinate across many teams, rather than tracking project tasks
What you’ll need to succeed:
- The ideal candidate should demonstrate
- 10+ years leading enterprise IT infrastructure projects
- Strong planning and dependency management
- Excellent executive communication
- Vendor management experience
- Construction schedule coordination
- Budget management
- Ability to influence multiple technical teams
- Strong risk identification and mitigation
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
Annual compensation between $99,000-$125,000 is being offered for the role. Cognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:
