Qualifications:
• Demonstrate extensive experience of +10 years in managing complex programs with advanced proficiency in budget cost and profit accountability for large scale initiatives.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a must
• Show strong capability in program governance and communication through building decision frameworks designing reporting structures and sustaining clear stakeholder dialogue.
• Exhibit deep skills in program resource management by coordinating diverse teams balancing hybrid work patterns and optimizing skill utilization across functions.
• Possess proven expertise in program planning using structured methodologies to define scope estimate effort map dependencies and craft realistic yet ambitious delivery plans.
• Maintain solid track record in program execution by driving teams to achieve milestones adapting to changing requirements and upholding quality standards throughout delivery.
• Bring beneficial exposure to product lifecycle management domains by understanding how program outputs integrate with product strategies releases and long term maintenance.
