Responsibilities : -Collaborate with agile team members to support delivery of order to cash and order management solutions by participating in planning activities and ensuring work items are clearly understood and well organized for execution. -Assist in detailing user stories and acceptance criteria within Jira so that requirements for order handling invoicing and fulfillment are accurately captured for testing and implementation. -Execute test cases using testing tools to validate functionality of order to cash workflows while documenting results clearly to help maintain reliable and auditable quality records. -Analyze defects identified during testing and record them in Jira with precise information so that product teams can investigate root causes and implement effective resolutions. -Support regression testing cycles for new releases to confirm that existing order processing and billing capabilities remain stable and continue to meet business expectations. -Coordinate with business stakeholders and senior analysts to clarify functional requirements for order management scenarios thereby reducing ambiguity and improving solution fit to operational needs. -Review functional and technical documentation for order processing changes to gain understanding of system behavior and to contribute feedback that improves clarity and alignment with agile practices. -Monitor daily test execution progress and create simple status updates for the team so that potential risks to sprint commitments can be discussed and mitigated early. -Participate in agile ceremonies including standups backlog refinement and reviews to share testing insights and ensure planned work supports quality and timely delivery. -Contribute to continuous improvement of testing approaches by suggesting enhancements in test coverage data preparation and Jira workflows grounded in observations from actual project tasks. -Support configuration and maintenance of Jira boards and dashboards to help the team visualize workload sprint status and defect trends in a clear and actionable way. -Engage in self learning activities on testing tools agile methods and order to cash concepts so that personal capabilities grow in line with project expectations and organizational standards. -Document simple knowledge artifacts such as stepwise test execution notes and frequently observed issues so that future team members can use these references to accelerate onboarding and reduce repeated errors. -Qualifications -Understand core concepts of agile and scrum delivery including iteration planning daily collaboration and incremental value delivery in order to work effectively with cross functional teams. -Apply basic testing methodologies such as functional testing regression testing and exploratory testing using testing tools to ensure robust validation of order to cash scenarios. -Use Jira to manage user stories tasks and defects by maintaining organized and current records that support transparent tracking and smooth coordination across project stakeholders. -Grasp fundamental order to cash order management domain principles including order entry pricing fulfillment and invoicing so that testing activities reflect real business processes and constraints. -Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills to report defects share test outcomes and collaborate with team members in the hybrid work environment during day shifts. -Show aptitude for analytical thinking and structured problem solving when investigating issues in order flows so that findings can guide accurate fixes and future prevention. -Exhibit adaptability and willingness to learn new tools techniques and domain knowledge while working under guidance of experienced professionals to continually enhance contribution to project objectives. 9.
