- Lead the development of scalable, resilient integrations between Pega SCE and enterprise platforms, APIs, microservices, data sources, and messaging technologies.
- Utilize healthcare domain expertise to deliver solutions aligned with healthcare operations and claims processing requirements.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application and integration issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing effective technical solutions.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership through code reviews, design reviews, troubleshooting, development guidance, and enforcement of Pega engineering standards.
- Collaborate within Agile/SAFe teams, participating in sprint ceremonies, technical reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives while partnering with distributed and cross-functional teams.
