Design and maintain integrations with Salesforce, Workday, Coupa, NetSuite, DocuSign, Ironclad Signature, Slack, and Microsoft Teams, using Ironclad APIs and webhooks where required.
Leverage Ironclad AI capabilities, including AI Assist, AI-powered redlining, playbooks, and clause extraction, and administer Ironclad Clickwrap to improve contract review, negotiation, and high-volume agreement execution.
Serve as the Ironclad subject matter expert by providing user training and administrative support, maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, mitigating contract risks, and developing reports and dashboards that measure trends, cycle times, obligations, and performance.
