Responsibilities

  • Oversee the software quality assurance processes for autonomous vehicle projects ensuring adherence to industry standards and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects enhancing the overall performance and reliability of our products.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies focusing on both manual and automated testing methodologies.
  • Provide detailed reports on software quality metrics offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of software requirements and specifications ensuring clarity and completeness.
  • Lead efforts to integrate new testing tools and technologies staying ahead of industry trends and advancements.
  • Facilitate effective communication between development testing and management teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards mitigating risks associated with autonomous vehicle software.
  • Drive initiatives to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness leveraging data-driven insights and best practices.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a culture of quality and excellence.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align testing objectives with project goals ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.
  • Utilize your proficiency in English to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay current with emerging technologies and methodologies.


Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on autonomous vehicles or related domains.
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in English both written and spoken to facilitate effective communication across teams.
  • Experience in the Hi-Tech domain is highly desirable providing valuable insights into industry-specific challenges.
  • Familiarity with both manual and automated testing tools and methodologies is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to identify and address software defects efficiently.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model and adapt to rotational shifts ensuring flexibility and responsiveness.
