Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies focusing on both manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Provide detailed reports on software quality metrics offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Conduct thorough reviews of software requirements and specifications ensuring clarity and completeness.
- Lead efforts to integrate new testing tools and technologies staying ahead of industry trends and advancements.
- Facilitate effective communication between development testing and management teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards mitigating risks associated with autonomous vehicle software.
- Drive initiatives to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness leveraging data-driven insights and best practices.

Qualifications
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on autonomous vehicles or related domains.

- Experience in the Hi-Tech domain is highly desirable providing valuable insights into industry-specific challenges.
- Familiarity with both manual and automated testing tools and methodologies is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to identify and address software defects efficiently.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model and adapt to rotational shifts ensuring flexibility and responsiveness.
