Role Overview
The Lead ServiceNow Business Process Consultant / Business Analyst will be pivotal in analysing, designing, and optimising business processes on the ServiceNow platform. This role focuses on ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, and Discovery, ensuring alignment with best practice frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading business process reengineering initiatives
- Defining functional requirements
- Driving the adoption of ServiceNow solutions
Stakeholder & Delivery Collaboration
The consultant will collaborate closely with stakeholders, delivery teams, and platform owners to ensure business needs are met with scalable, secure, and supportable solutions.
Process Improvement & Documentation
The role will also oversee the development and maintenance of comprehensive business process documentation and facilitate workshops to identify improvement opportunities.
Candidate Profile
Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities, business analysis techniques, and ITIL processes is essential.
