Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Technical Lead with 4 to 5 years of experience in Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) and Project Procurement Management. The role involves managing and optimizing project portfolios ensuring efficient procurement processes and driving project success. The position is based in our office with no travel requirements and operates during day shifts.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of project portfolios to align with organizational goals and strategies.Oversee procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of resources.Provide technical expertise in PPM to enhance project delivery and performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline project workflows and improve efficiency.Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations.Develop and maintain project documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.Analyze project data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies in all project activities.Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project objectives.Utilize project management tools to track and report on project status and outcomes.Mentor team members to build their skills and capabilities in project management.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes.Support the organization in achieving its strategic objectives through effective project management.
Qualifications
Possess a strong understanding of Portfolio and Project Management principles and practices.Demonstrate proficiency in Project Procurement Management techniques and tools.Have excellent analytical skills to evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.Show ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Display a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.Hold a relevant certification in project management such as PMP or PRINCE2 is preferred.
Certifications Required
PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent certification in project management.
