Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Analyst with 10 to 12 years of expertise in SAP IBP to join our team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge supply chain planning solutions driving efficiency and innovation. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical skills to deliver impactful results aligning with our organizational goals and societal impact.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for SAP IBP implementations.
  • Design configure and optimize SAP IBP solutions to meet business needs and enhance supply chain processes.
  • Provide technical expertise in integrating SAP IBP with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations processes and user guides.
  • Conduct system testing troubleshoot issues and implement necessary fixes to ensure system reliability.
  • Train end-users on SAP IBP functionalities and best practices to maximize system utilization.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP IBP features and updates to recommend innovative solutions.
  • Support the team in resolving critical incidents and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators and generate insightful reports.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and data security protocols in all SAP IBP activities.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to align SAP IBP initiatives with business objectives.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of supply chain processes driving value for the organization.


Qualifications

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of SAP IBP modules including Demand Planning Supply Planning and Inventory Optimization.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex supply chain challenges.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Have a proven track record of delivering successful SAP IBP implementations in a professional setting.
  • Show proficiency in data integration techniques and tools relevant to SAP IBP.
  • Display a strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.
  • Be adept at working in a hybrid work model balancing remote and on-site collaboration effectively.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Exhibit a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Possess a customer-focused mindset to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Showcase experience in creating detailed documentation and training materials for end-users.
  • Be familiar with project management methodologies to contribute to project success.
