Cognizant’s Digital Engineering practice is seeking a highly qualified Senior Associate – CI/CD & Cloud Platforms with 6+ years of experience in designing, building, and supporting scalable, secure, and high‑performance CI/CD pipelines and cloud‑native platforms. You will be part of a digital engineering team working on high‑demand financial or payment applications, leveraging technologies such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker, Python, and modern C/C++ services.

You will work closely with product managers, architects, designers, and clients, collaborating to make informed technical decisions and deliver value quickly. Location: Brookfield, WI (Hybrid)

Roles/Responsibilities:

· Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support reliable and scalable application delivery

· Develop and enhance cloud‑native platforms using Kubernetes, Docker, and Azure DevOps

· Implement automation and scripting solutions using Python to improve deployment efficiency

· Support and integrate modern C and C++ services within CI/CD workflows

· Ensure security, stability, and performance across build and deployment pipelines

· Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a hybrid work model to meet technical and business objectives

· Contribute to the delivery of financial or payment solutions, ensuring high standards of quality and reliability

· Troubleshoot CI/CD, infrastructure, and deployment issues and support continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:

· Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps

· Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes and Docker

· Proficiency in Python for automation and scripting

· Experience working with C and C++ services

· Understanding of cloud‑native architecture and DevOps best practices

· Strong problem‑solving and collaboration skills

· of technologies and able to think in terms "enterprise wide" solutions.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $ 60,000- $93,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
