About the role

As an Oracle Fusion ERP Program Manager, you will make a significant impact by leading large-scale Oracle Cloud ERP transformation programs, ensuring successful delivery through strong governance, stakeholder collaboration, and change management. You will be a valued member of the Cognizant Oracle Practice and work collaboratively with client leadership, PMO teams, global delivery teams across the US, Europe, and India, and cross-functional business and IT stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Oracle Fusion ERP and Financials transformation programs, ensuring milestones, timelines, and quality standards are met.

  • Partner closely with PMO and senior leadership to provide governance, risk management, and executive-level status reporting, including leadership summary presentations.

  • Drive stakeholder engagement across business and IT teams, maintaining strong communication, alignment, and decision-making throughout the program lifecycle.

  • Lead change management initiatives, including process design, SOP development, training strategy, and communication planning to support successful adoption.

  • Coordinate global teams and vendors, manage testing execution, and provide daily and weekly status, testing, and action-item summaries.

What you need to have to be considered

  • 15+ years of experience managing Oracle platforms, including a minimum of 4 years delivering Oracle ERP Cloud and Fusion Financials implementations.

  • Proven experience delivering multiple successful Oracle Cloud transformation programs.

  • Strong program and project management expertise, including planning, execution, risk management, and reporting.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to senior leadership.

  • Strong people management and mentorship skills, with the ability to guide and develop high-performing teams.

These will help you stand out

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification.

  • Certifications or hands-on experience with AI or emerging technologies.

  • Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo and bring innovative solutions to complex program-level challenges.

  • Experience leading global delivery models with distributed teams.

  • Strong background in change management, training enablement, and organizational transformation.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $116,500 – $180,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
