About the role

As a Senior Product Manager you will make an impact by leading the strategy, development, and optimization of AI agent and large language model powered products that improve provider workflows and deliver measurable value for customers and society. You will be a valued member of the product organization and work collaboratively with engineering, business, data, risk, compliance, and domain stakeholders to define product outcomes, shape data-driven strategies, and deliver secure, scalable, and compliant solutions.

In this role, you will:

  • Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for AI agent and large language model enabled solutions aligned to business goals and user needs.
  • Partner closely with engineering, business, and domain stakeholders to translate complex requirements into clear product strategies, user stories, and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead backlog creation, prioritization, sprint planning, and release management to ensure high-quality and iterative product delivery.
  • Establish success metrics, monitor product performance, and use data, customer feedback, and operational insights to continuously improve product value and user experience.
  • Ensure products are designed and delivered with a strong focus on security, compliance, responsible AI, scalability, and workflow efficiency within a hybrid work environment.

What you need to have to be considered

  • Strong experience in product management, product ownership, or business analysis, with a proven track record of leading digital products from concept through delivery and optimization.
  • Experience defining product vision, roadmaps, MVPs, and backlog priorities for complex enterprise solutions in Agile environments.
  • Strong knowledge of AI and large language model powered tools and workflows, including prompt engineering and the ability to translate AI capabilities into practical product features and user outcomes.
  • Experience working with tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps for backlog and sprint management, and Confluence for documentation and knowledge management.
  • Ability to define product metrics, KPIs, and OKRs, and use SQL, reporting, or business intelligence tools to support decision-making and product improvement.
  • Experience gathering and translating business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, use cases, and workflow models.
  • Strong understanding of AI governance, responsible AI, compliance documentation, and risk management in regulated or enterprise environments.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, operations, business leaders, and end users.
  • Experience supporting UAT, release planning, go-to-market coordination, and executive reporting.
  • Domain experience in Healthcare / Life Sciences – Provider.

These will help you stand out

  • Experience with workflow automation tools such as Power Automate and familiarity with low-code or no-code platforms including Power Apps or Retool.
  • Working knowledge of data modeling, entity relationship diagrams, REST API and integration concepts, and DevOps or CI/CD fundamentals.
  • Experience with dashboarding and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, and regulated content management platforms such as Veeva Vault.
  • Functional awareness of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, along with experience using tools such as Postman, Excel, or basic Python or R for data exploration and automation.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build trust, drive accountability, promote collaboration, and lead change across teams and stakeholders.
  • A strategic and customer-centric mindset with the ability to balance innovation, operational value, and business outcomes.
