Job Summary

Senior Oracle Retail Data Migration Consultant with 12+ years of experience delivering Oracle Retail implementations upgrades and cloud transformations across versions 13 to 24 for Tier 1 global retailers. Expertise in data migration strategy legacy modernization Oracle Retail Cloud and integrations across MFCS IMCS RMS SIM ReSA ReIM POM RICS and RIB. Skilled in PL SQL REST integrations and cutover execution with strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.


Responsibilities

Lead end to end Oracle Retail data migration workstreams for implementation upgrade modernization and cloud transformation programs.

Define enterprise data migration strategies governance frameworks conversion methodologies and cutover plans.

Drive migration of master transactional historical merchandising inventory pricing supplier and financial data across Oracle Retail platforms.

Conduct data assessment profiling cleansing transformation validation reconciliation and sign off activities.

Design scalable migration architectures supporting on premises to Oracle Retail SaaS Cloud migrations.

Provide technical leadership for Oracle Retail application integrations involving MFCS IMCS POM RIHA RICS RMS SIM ReSA ReIM RIB FTS and custom applications.

Lead solution design workshops and collaborate with business functional and technical stakeholders to define migration requirements and data quality standards.

Develop and review migration specifications mapping documents conversion rules reconciliation reports and technical designs.

Oversee mock conversions dress rehearsals production cutovers hypercare support and post go live stabilization activities.

Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance on migration best practices standards and delivery methodologies.

Manage risks dependencies resource planning estimation and delivery governance across migration and integration workstreams.

Collaborate with onsite offshore and nearshore teams to ensure timely and high quality project execution.

Support proposal development solution estimation client presentations and transformation roadmaps.
