Job Summary : Sr Developer role requiring eight to ten years of experience in designing and delivering cloud based solutions using Azure DevOps Azure SQL and Azure API Management for a global organization. The role focuses on building secure scalable and resilient applications in a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel. Responsibilities : -Design robust cloud native application components that leverage Azure DevOps Azure SQL and Azure API Management to deliver secure scalable and high performing solutions for enterprise business needs. -Implement efficient data models and stored procedures in Azure SQL that optimize query performance support regulatory reporting and ensure reliable access to critical asset and wealth management information. -Configure and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines that automate build test and deployment processes to improve release reliability reduce manual effort and accelerate delivery of new product features. -Develop and manage API integrations using Azure API Management that enable secure controlled and well documented access to internal and external services supporting seamless collaboration across business platforms. -Collaborate closely with product owners architects and business analysts to translate functional requirements into technical designs that align with enterprise architecture and strategic technology direction. -Review and refactor existing application code and database logic to improve maintainability reduce technical debt and enhance long term resilience of core systems used by global stakeholders. -Apply secure coding practices and cloud security configurations that protect sensitive financial and client data while complying with organizational standards and regulatory expectations. -Monitor application and database performance using Azure monitoring tools and logs and proactively resolve issues to preserve system stability and a consistent user experience. -Coordinate with quality engineering teams to define test strategies create test data and support automated testing that validates end to end functionality and reduces production defects. -Document solution designs configuration details and operational procedures in a clear and structured manner to support knowledge sharing and smooth onboarding of new team members. -Engage in hybrid work model practices by using collaboration tools attending onsite sessions when required and maintaining effective communication across distributed teams during day shifts. -Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating new Azure features development practices and automation opportunities and recommending changes that improve delivery efficiency and system quality. -Support business stakeholders by analyzing production incidents identifying root causes and implementing sustainable fixes that minimize downtime and preserve trust in digital platforms. -Qualifications -Demonstrate strong hands on expertise in Azure DevOps including pipeline configuration repository management and integration with testing and deployment tools across complex projects. -Show advanced proficiency in Azure SQL with experience designing schemas indexing strategies and optimization techniques suitable for high volume and regulatory sensitive financial data. -Exhibit solid experience with Azure API Management including API design policy configuration versioning and observability for secure and scalable service consumption. -Display proven experience of eight to ten years in software development within enterprise environments using modern programming practices and structured delivery methodologies. -Bring familiarity with asset and wealth management concepts such as portfolio data transaction flows and reporting needs to design solutions that align with domain expectations. -Apply strong problem solving and analytical skills to diagnose complex technical issues evaluate multiple solution options and implement approaches that balance performance and risk. -Utilize effective communication and documentation skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and present technical information in a clear manner for diverse audiences. -Adapt to hybrid work arrangements by using digital collaboration platforms to maintain productivity and alignment with team goals while working both remotely and onsite. 9.
