Business analysis and business case creation Requirements gathering and management Process management and service management Measurements metrics and reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Visio Scrum Master methodology Project management methodologies and PMO practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation and facilitation abilities Demonstrated ability to influence and consult stakeholders providing options with pros cons and risks while delivering thought leadership on governance business process and technical challenges Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving Coaching and mentoring skills to support and develop BA team members Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously -Develop integration patterns that connect ServiceNow infrastructure workflows with monitoring tools asset repositories and collaboration platforms to enable end to end visibility and faster decision making. -Document infrastructure processes ServiceNow configurations and operational runbooks in a clear manner that supports knowledge transfer onboarding of new team members and adherence to compliance expectations. -Guide adoption of standardized ServiceNow practices across infrastructure teams to improve consistency of execution reduce manual work and support measurable improvements in service quality. -Coordinate with security and compliance partners to ensure ServiceNow infrastructure solutions meet organizational requirements safeguard data and support reliable audit and reporting capabilities. -Continuously evaluate new ServiceNow features and industry trends to recommend enhancements that strengthen infrastructure resilience and contribute to the company mission of delivering dependable services to society. -Qualifications -Bring extensive hands on experience in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management with the ability to design portfolio structures that reflect complex infrastructure programs and drive informed investment decisions. -Demonstrate deep proficiency in ServiceNow Scrum Programs including configuring agile boards workflows and reporting to support iterative delivery of infrastructure capabilities. -Apply strong expertise in ServiceNow ESG Management to design data models and dashboards that track infrastructure sustainability efforts and support transparent disclosure to stakeholders. -Use advanced ServiceNow CSM skills to build robust case management and service workflows that improve customer satisfaction and reduce time to resolution for infrastructure issues. -Employ solid ServiceNow Change Management experience to architect approval flows risk assessments and scheduling practices that minimize disruption to critical systems. -Leverage experience design skills to craft intuitive ServiceNow experiences that support hybrid work models encourage adoption and improve the efficiency of infrastructure practitioners. -Draw on six to ten years of infrastructure and ServiceNow implementation background to solve complex problems manage competing priorities and deliver high quality solutions that support business outcomes. -Utilize strong analytical and communication capabilities to collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders and ensure that ServiceNow configurations reflect real operational needs. -Apply knowledge of enterprise scale environments to design ServiceNow solutions that are reliable maintainable and aligned with global standards for performance and resilience. 9.
