As a Solutions Consultant – IT Asset Management, you will make an impact by governing ServiceNow platform operations, ensuring software license compliance, and driving incident and commercial governance across federal-aligned managed services environments. You will be a valued member of the Global Commercial team and work collaboratively with internal delivery teams, ServiceNow and managed services vendors, and client and executive stakeholders.
In this role, you will
- Manage and oversee ServiceNow platform operations from a business governance perspective, including license management, ticket oversight, escalation coordination, and vendor engagement with ServiceNow support teams.
- Lead license reconciliation, entitlement governance, and optimization across multiple environments to ensure contractual compliance and maximize commercial value, including reclamation of underutilized assets.
- Interpret customer contracts, purchase orders, and commercial agreements to define license entitlement models, consumption metrics, and compliance requirements.
- Provide governance and executive oversight during Major Incidents (P1/P2), driving cross-functional escalation management and communicating business impact, risk exposure, and resolution status to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Develop executive dashboards, compliance reports, and KPI scorecards, and establish Post-Incident Review processes to drive root cause accountability and continuous improvement.

What you need to have to be considered
- 13+ years of experience managing ServiceNow environments with strong exposure to license governance, contract compliance, stakeholder management, incident governance, and operational reporting.
- Strong understanding of commercial agreements, software licensing models, entitlement management, and managed services operations.
- Proven ability to present operational and compliance insights to executive stakeholders and clients, with strong customer-facing communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience driving cross-functional collaboration across delivery teams, vendors, customers, and leadership.
- Ability to balance operational governance, commercial objectives, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
These will help you stand out
- Experience working in Managed Services Provider (MSP) environments, supporting client governance, contract compliance, and service performance management.
- Exposure to software license optimization, entitlement management, and reporting frameworks, with a focus on compliance, cost optimization, and value realization.
- Experience engaging with executive stakeholders and customer leadership teams, delivering operational reviews, compliance insights, and business performance reporting.
