Job Summary
This hybrid role for DGM IOA Delivery focuses on overseeing end to end Procure to Pay and Operational Procurement delivery for a global enterprise while ensuring seamless process execution compliance and service excellence. The role requires ten to fourteen years of experience driving complex procurement operations and stakeholder outcomes with beneficial exposure to cards and payments and a strong orientation toward optimization risk control and business value creation in a day shift env
Responsibilities
Drive end to end delivery of Procure to Pay and Operational Procurement services to ensure timely and accurate processing of requisitions purchase orders and invoices across multiple business units in alignment with agreed service levels and quality standards.Oversee daily operational workflows across procurement cycles to reduce bottlenecks improve throughput and maintain high levels of process adherence while ensuring hybrid work model coordination between onsite and remote team members.Manage procurement related issue resolution by analyzing root causes collaborating with cross functional partners and implementing corrective actions that minimize recurrence and protect business continuity.Coordinate closely with finance sourcing and operations teams to ensure that Procure to Pay processes support working capital objectives supplier relationships and compliance with internal controls and external regulations.Optimize use of procurement and payment platforms by monitoring performance metrics identifying gaps and defining enhancement requests that improve automation data quality and user experience.Guide operational procurement activities such as catalog management spot buys and tactical sourcing to drive cost efficiency policy compliance and timely fulfillment of business needs.Monitor key performance indicators for procurement operations tracking cycle times accuracy exceptions and user satisfaction to provide structured reporting and actionable insights for senior stakeholders.Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for Procure to Pay processes ensuring that documentation reflects current practices controls and technology while supporting efficient onboarding and cross training.Collaborate with risk and compliance partners to strengthen controls around approvals segregation of duties and supplier data management thereby reducing operational and financial risk exposure.Support transformation initiatives by assessing current procurement workflows proposing process redesign options and coordinating implementation activities that align with broader enterprise digital and automation roadmaps.Engage with business stakeholders to capture demand forecast procurement requirements and service feedback enabling continuous improvement and alignment of operational procurement services with evolving business strategies.Ensure data integrity and audit readiness across procurement transactions by enforcing validation checks maintaining accurate master data and responding effectively to internal and external audit requests.Drive knowledge sharing and capability building within the operations team by organizing training sessions reviewing complex procurement scenarios and promoting best practices across regions and functions.
Qualifications
Possess solid experience of at least ten years in Procure to Pay operations handling requisition processing purchase order management invoice handling and vendor collaboration in a complex enterprise environment.Demonstrate strong expertise in operational procurement including catalog management tactical sourcing and spot buying with a focus on cost efficiency policy compliance and cycle time improvement.Apply practical understanding of cards and payments domain to procurement transactions and payment flows where relevant contributing to safer smoother and more innovative financial operations.Utilize advanced skills with enterprise resource planning systems and procurement platforms to navigate transactions generate reports support automation and improve user experience across hybrid teams.Exhibit thorough knowledge of procurement compliance frameworks internal controls and risk mitigation methods enabling reliable audit support and reduction of operational incidents.Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders across business finance and technology teams using clear concise and inclusive language to drive alignment and timely decision making.Maintain high levels of adaptability and problem solving capability to manage changing business volumes complex cases and new initiatives while preserving service stability during hybrid work arrangements.
