Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure Functions and Azure Data Factory with a strong understanding of cloud-based development. Experience in the Cards and Payments domain is a plus. This role involves day shifts with no travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable and efficient solutions using Azure Functions to meet business requirements.
- Design implement and optimize data workflows and pipelines using Azure Data Factory to ensure seamless data integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Provide technical expertise in cloud-based development and contribute to the architecture of robust solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Azure-based applications to ensure high availability and performance.
- Document technical designs processes and best practices to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest Azure technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
- Work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business objectives.
- Ensure data security and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards in all development activities.
- Optimize system performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks in data processing workflows.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaborate with domain experts to understand Cards and Payments processes and incorporate domain-specific insights into solutions.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Azure Functions and Azure Data Factory with hands-on experience in developing and deploying solutions.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
- Show familiarity with cloud-based development principles and best practices for scalable and secure applications.
- Possess strong analytical skills to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Display knowledge of the Cards and Payments domain as a nice-to-have skill to enhance domain-specific solutions.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives.
- Adapt quickly to new technologies and tools to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving technical landscape.
- Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements in development workflows.
