- Own and drive the full project lifecycle — from initiation and planning through configuration, testing, go-live, and post-launch hypercare.
- Establish and maintain project governance structures including steering committee cadences, RAID logs, status reporting, and escalation protocols.
- Define and manage an integrated project plan across all workstreams (configuration, integration, data migration, training, rollout), ensuring dependencies and critical path are actively managed.
- Deliver the project on time and within scope and budget, with August 2026 go-live and 50-store rollout by December 2026 as non-negotiable milestones.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client’s technology and operations leadership, building trusted relationships at the VP and Director level.
- 12–15 years of project management experience, with at least 6 years leading large-scale technology implementations in the QSR, fast-casual, or food service industry.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-vendor, multi-workstream programs with onshore/offshore delivery models.
- Deep understanding of restaurant back-of-house operations including inventory management, food cost, labor scheduling, and vendor ordering.
- Strong command of project management methodologies (PMP, PMI, or equivalent); experience applying both Waterfall and Agile/hybrid frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage executive-level client relationships and communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience leading store-level technology rollouts across 50+ locations, including readiness planning, wave scheduling, and hypercare.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.
- Direct, hands-on experience implementing Crunchtime Back of House, including familiarity with its configuration, modules, and implementation methodology.
- Prior experience in QSR, restaurants or hospitality industry.
- Experience managing programs that involve POS, BOH, or enterprise platform replacements in a live restaurant environment.
- Familiarity with systems integrations between Crunchtime and adjacent platforms (POS, payroll, ERP, or ordering systems).
- Experience working within a systems integration or management consulting firm delivering restaurant technology programs.
- Six Sigma, PRINCE2, or SAFe Agile certification is a plus.
