Role: DWP Architect
Location: Toronto, ON
Mandatory skills: Architecture design, GenAI and Transformation projects, Implementation of GenAI/Automation projects
JD :
• Define and implement target-state digital workplace architecture (EUC, collaboration, identity, ServiceNow, endpoint management).
• Align DWP solutions with BMO business goals, regulatory requirements, and transformation roadmap.
• Establish architecture standards, guardrails, and reusable design patterns.
• Lead end-to-end architecture design and implementation of DWP platforms (e.g., M365, ServiceNow, VDI, collaboration tools).
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions.
• Ensure solutions are integrated with enterprise platforms and APIs and optimized for performance and resiliency.
• Drive large-scale workplace transformation initiatives from design through deployment and hypercare.
• Define implementation roadmap, milestones, and delivery approach (Agile/Hybrid).
• Oversee technical delivery to ensure solutions meet quality, cost, and timeline expectations.
• Act as primary architecture advisor to client and stakeholders (Business, IT, Security, Operations).
• Facilitate architecture reviews, design authority boards, and governance forums.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, risk, and compliance standards
• Design and manage integration across workplace tools, ITSM (ServiceNow), and enterprise systems.
Compensation: We are offering between $100,000 – $122,000. Applications will be accepted until June 22, 2026.Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in Canada without requiring employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
