Job Summary
This hybrid day shift role for TL Operations Change Group focuses on driving complex change initiatives that optimize portfolio planning and delivery using Planview PPM MS Office and agile practices. The role manages operational change workflows ensures transparent stakeholder communication and supports continuous improvement in cards and payments services to enhance business value and societal trust.
Responsibilities
- Drive end to end operations change initiatives using Planview PPM to ensure transparent planning tracking and delivery of strategic programs that increase organizational efficiency and value for customers in regulated markets.
- Coordinate cross functional agile teams to translate change demand into prioritized backlogs and iterations that support predictable delivery outcomes and strengthen trust in the company portfolio of services.
- Oversee portfolio level reporting using advanced MS Office capabilities to create clear dashboards and analytics that enable leadership teams to make data informed decisions about investments and operational improvements.
- Guide stakeholders through structured change processes by documenting impacts timelines and resource needs that support smooth transitions and reduce service disruption for clients and communities.
- Manage governance routines for the Operations Change Group by organizing forums preparing materials and tracking actions that ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations in financial services contexts.
- Collaborate with technology and operations partners to identify process bottlenecks and design pragmatic solutions that reduce cycle time for change implementation and enhance customer experience across cards and payments journeys.
- Monitor agile delivery metrics such as throughput and cycle time to evaluate performance trends and recommend targeted improvements that support sustainable productivity and responsible growth.
- Develop and maintain standardized templates and knowledge assets in MS Office that streamline change request intake assessment and status communication for all portfolio stakeholders.
- Support risk and issue management across change initiatives by capturing dependencies escalating critical concerns and facilitating resolution plans that protect service continuity and business resilience.
- Coordinate hybrid work practices by aligning onsite and remote collaboration tools meeting cadences and documentation standards that enable inclusive participation and effective communication across locations.
- Provide coaching on Planview PPM usage and agile ways of working so team members can plan tasks update progress and report outcomes consistently contributing to a mature delivery culture.
- Align operations change outcomes with corporate purpose by prioritizing initiatives that improve digital payment reliability strengthen data transparency and foster greater confidence among consumers and merchants.
- Analyze feedback from operations teams and business stakeholders to refine change processes and recommend enhancements that support long term operational excellence and positive impact on society through secure payment experiences.
Qualifications
- Apply extensive experience with Planview PPM to design portfolio structures workflows and reporting views that reflect complex enterprise programs and support precise tracking of benefits realization.
- Use advanced MS Office skills to build analytical models pivot based summaries and visualization rich presentations that make complex change information accessible to diverse stakeholder groups.
- Implement agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban in day to day operations by facilitating ceremonies maintaining boards and promoting incremental delivery practices suitable for change initiatives.
- Leverage knowledge of cards and payments domain to interpret regulatory and operational constraints when planning change ensuring solutions respect industry standards and protect end users.
- Demonstrate 10 to 13 years of experience in operations change or portfolio management roles with a consistent record of delivering large scale initiatives in hybrid working environments.
- Adapt communication styles to collaborate effectively with business operations technology finance and risk teams while maintaining clear documentation and traceability of decisions.
