As a Senior Program Manager, you will make an impact by leading the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs that drive business value and operational excellence. You will be a valued member of the program leadership team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, technology teams, customers, and executive leadership to ensure successful outcomes.

In This Role, You Will:
- Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, governance, and delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align program objectives, priorities, and outcomes.
- Provide executive-level reporting with clear visibility into program status, milestones, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and facilitate effective communication across leadership teams, customers, and delivery organizations.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks while ensuring delivery excellence, quality, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
What You Need to Have to Be Considered
- Proven experience managing large-scale programs from initiation through successful delivery.
- Strong program management expertise, including planning, governance, risk management, and execution.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives and key stakeholders across business and technology organizations.
- Experience in customer engagement and building trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills with the ability to provide executive-level updates and recommendations.
These Will Help You Stand Out
- Experience managing cross-functional, global, or enterprise transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of project and portfolio management methodologies and frameworks.
- Ability to drive organizational change and adoption across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience leading programs within complex technology environments.
- Relevant industry certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $89,000 – $162,400 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
