Test Manager with UiPath Test Cloud

Responsibilities
• Develop customer-specific testing maturity and value-realization plans that align Test Cloud capabilities to quality, risk, productivity, and time-to-market goals.
• Drive adoption of UiPath Test Manager for requirements traceability, test planning, test sets, execution governance, visual logging, defect triage, and quality reporting.
• Advise on resilient UI, API, mobile, and enterprise application automation using Studio low-code and coded testing, reusable assets, object repositories, and data-driven testing.
• Operationalize Orchestrator and test robots for on-demand, scheduled, parallel, and CI/CD-triggered execution across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Integrate Test Cloud with ALM, DevOps, version-control, and issue-tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, ServiceNow, SAP Solution Manager, Git, SVN, and TFS.
• Promote agentic testing patterns with Autopilot for Testers and Agent Builder for AI-assisted test design, generation, analysis, reporting, and customer-specific testing agents.
• Standardize governance, roles, reusable assets, test data management, environments, metrics, KPIs, and operating rhythms across QA, development, and business teams.
• Mentor customer testing teams on adaptive test execution, coverage expansion, defect prevention, risk management, and continuous improvement.
• Translate adoption health, coverage, stability, defect, release-risk, and productivity metrics into executive-ready insights and success plans.
• Partner with Sales, Professional Services, Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to remove blockers, expand adoption, and capture product feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Deep knowledge of UiPath Test Cloud is essential, including Test Manager, Studio, Orchestrator, test robots, Autopilot for Testers, Agent Builder, Test Manager Connect, Maestro, Coding Agents, Studio Web, Self-Healing, and the broader UiPath Platform.
Exp in defining maturity roadmaps, enablement, governance, integrations, adoption health, and value realization
Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $ 110,000– $ 130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
