Technical Lead

Job Summary

Serve as a technical lead delivering secure and scalable solutions using Microsoft GitHub Copilot ASP NET Core Web API Entity Framework Core and Net Core supporting user access and identity management and IT security in a hybrid work model. Guide teams to build resilient APIs and data layers that improve business support protect digital assets and enhance stakeholder trust across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Lead end to end design and implementation of secure API driven solutions using ASP NET Core Web API and Entity Framework Core to support user access and identity management across complex enterprise environments.
• Oversee technical decision making for authentication and authorization flows ensuring robust enforcement of identity management policies that align with IT security standards and regulatory expectations.
• Provide hands on development expertise in Net Core to build scalable microservices and modular components that enable reliable IT business support and frictionless integration with existing systems.
• Drive effective use of Microsoft GitHub Copilot to accelerate high quality code development promoting best practices for secure coding and maintainable architecture while mentoring team members in responsible AI assisted development.
• Coordinate hybrid work collaboration rhythms that enable consistent communication clear backlog visibility and efficient delivery of identity and access management features for day shift teams.
• Optimize data access patterns with Entity Framework Core focusing on performance monitoring query efficiency and transactional integrity to safeguard sensitive identity and access data.
• Champion secure design principles in every stage of the software lifecycle embedding threat modeling input validation and strong encryption strategies to reduce risk exposure for business critical applications.
• Collaborate with IT security and IT business support stakeholders to translate policy requirements and operational needs into actionable technical specifications and prioritized feature roadmaps.
• Guide test strategy definition for APIs and data layers emphasizing automated testing practices that validate authentication logic authorization rules and data protection controls.
• Manage incident resolution for access and identity related issues by analyzing root causes implementing corrective changes in services and improving observability through logs metrics and alerts.
• Coordinate documentation of technical designs API contracts and operational runbooks to ensure smooth handover to support teams and consistent governance of identity and access services.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that refine coding standards deployment pipelines and monitoring capabilities leading to more resilient IT security posture and better user experience.
• Align technical solutions with sustainability and societal impact goals by reducing operational risk protecting personal information and reinforcing trusted digital interactions for customers and employees.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate strong experience in ASP NET Core Web API and Net Core building secure scalable services with clear separation of concerns and adherence to modern architectural patterns.
• Show advanced proficiency in Entity Framework Core including data modeling migration management performance tuning and robust handling of transactional operations for identity data.
• Apply practical expertise with Microsoft GitHub Copilot to enhance developer productivity maintain code quality and support consistent implementation of security and compliance requirements.
• Bring proven domain experience in user access and identity management covering authentication mechanisms authorization models and lifecycle processes for accounts and roles.
• Exhibit deep understanding of IT security principles including secure coding practices incident response coordination and alignment with enterprise security frameworks and audit expectations.
• Provide solid background in IT business support with the ability to analyze stakeholder needs translate them into technical features and maintain stable services that minimize operational disruption.
