About the role
We are seeking an accomplished ERP Project Manager to lead a complex migration from the legacy Epicor 10.2 platform to an on-premises Oracle E-Business Suite R12 environment.
This is a hands-on delivery leadership role supporting a cross-functional manufacturing ERP implementation. You will own integrated project planning and execution from mobilization through go-live and hypercare, while aligning business, IT, functional, technical, data, testing, training, and change-management teams.
In this role you will
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Epicor 10.2 to Oracle EBS R12 migration, from project mobilization through the targeted August 1, 2027 go-live and hypercare.
- Build, baseline, and manage the integrated project schedule, critical path, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, resource plan, and project budget.
- Coordinate business and IT workstreams across Order Management, Planning, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Engineering, Warehouse and Logistics, Finance, Master Data, Reporting, Integrations, Security, Testing, Training, and Cutover.
- Partner with business and IT leaders to clarify project scope, establish ownership, secure resource commitments, and implement effective project governance.
- Facilitate project kickoffs, delivery reviews, leadership updates, stage-gate readiness reviews, and cross-functional working sessions.
- Maintain disciplined project controls across risks, actions, issues, decisions, assumptions, dependencies, change requests, and milestones.
- Drive completion and approval of key project deliverables, including current-state and future-state process documentation, solution decisions, gap dispositions, test plans, cutover plans, training readiness, and operational handoff.
- Lead cross-functional planning for data cleansing, conversion, reconciliation, and validation, including business ownership and sign-off.
- Ensure testing cycles are effectively planned and executed, including entry and exit criteria, business participation, defect triage, readiness reporting, and formal approvals.
- Develop and manage an integrated cutover and contingency plan, including command-center governance, go-live readiness, stabilization, and transition to support.
- Manage external implementation partners and consultants against agreed scope, deliverables, schedules, quality expectations, and commercial commitments.
- Provide clear and actionable project communication to executives, project leaders, workstream teams, and site stakeholders.
Support organizational readiness, training, communications, adoption, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
