To augment our Enterprise Automation European Delivery, we are looking for strong Microsoft Copilot Studio developer to join our team working with international projects.
Our clients are leading players in the Nordic markets for Pensions, Life - and Health Insurance, Banking and Asset Management.
Microsoft Copilot Studio developer
You can expect to:
· Copilot Studio Development:
o Design, build, and deploy Copilot Studio agents and AI-powered chatbots aligned to business requirements.
o Develop topics, entities, actions, and Power Automate flows that integrate with Microsoft 365, Dataverse, and third-party systems via connectors and APIs.
o Implement best-practice solution architecture — including error handling, escalation paths, and fallback strategies.
o Conduct performance testing, iterative tuning, and post-deployment monitoring of deployed agents.
· Citizen Developer Enablement:
o Act as a technical mentor and go-to escalation point for the internal Citizen Developer community building on the Power Platform.
o Run enablement workshops, provide code reviews, and produce reusable templates and guardrails to accelerate Citizen Developer delivery.
o Establish and enforce platform governance standards, licensing guardrails, and security best practices across the low-code environment.
· Solution Definition & Advisory:
o Lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders to scope use cases, qualify feasibility, and define what can and cannot be achieved within Copilot Studio.
o Produce clear solution design documents, capability assessments, and technical recommendations to guide investment decisions.
o Proactively identify platform limitations, risks, and workarounds — setting realistic expectations with non-technical stakeholders.
o Stay current with the Microsoft roadmap for Copilot Studio and the broader Power Platform to advise on upcoming capabilities.
We expect You to:
· Have 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents) in production environments.
· Have a strong command of Power Automate — cloud flows, HTTP connectors, Dataverse operations, and error handling.
· Have solid understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem: Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD / Entra ID, and Graph API.
· Have an ability to define and communicate solution boundaries clearly — articulating what is achievable, what is out of scope, and why.
· Have experience supporting or mentoring Citizen Developers in a low-code / no-code governance context.
· Have familiarity with Azure services relevant to Copilot extension: Azure OpenAI, Azure Bot Service, Logic Apps.
· Be proficient in documenting solution designs, decision logs, and technical specifications for mixed technical/non-technical audiences.
· Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Good to have:
· Microsoft certifications: PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, or AI-102.
· Experience with generative AI prompt engineering and Copilot extensibility (plugins, connectors, custom knowledge sources).
· Background in enterprise change management or digital transformation programmes.
· Exposure to regulated industries (financial services, public sector, healthcare).
