We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Spring Boot and Java and it is advantageous if they possess domain experience in Cards and Payments. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that drive our companys success and positively impact society.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Spring Boot and Java to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative features that enhance user experience.
Ensure code quality and performance through rigorous testing and debugging processes.
Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of software development.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices.
Work closely with product managers to understand project requirements and deliver solutions on time.
Utilize domain knowledge in Cards and Payments to create efficient and secure applications.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve software issues promptly.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.
Document software designs and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate in an agile environment participating in daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all software development activities.
Support the deployment of software applications in a hybrid work model ensuring seamless integration.
Qualifications
Possess a strong understanding of Spring Boot and Java with proven experience in software development.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Show proficiency in developing secure and scalable applications preferably in the Cards and Payments domain.
Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
