Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in KONG OSS KONG Insomnia KONG Enterprise KONG Konnect Kubernetes and Rest API. Experience in COTS Products within BFS Ast&Wlth is a plus. This hybrid role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement scalable solutions using KONG OSS KONG Insomnia and KONG Enterprise to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy KONG Konnect and Kubernetes solutions that align with business objectives.
- Provide technical expertise in Rest API development to ensure seamless integration and communication between systems.
- Oversee the maintenance and optimization of existing systems to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to maintain coding standards.
- Document technical specifications and system designs to facilitate knowledge sharing and future development.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development practices.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards in all development activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to minimize impact on business operations.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and guidelines for the use of KONG and Kubernetes technologies.
- Support the team in achieving project milestones and deliverables within the agreed timelines.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong understanding of KONG OSS KONG Insomnia KONG Enterprise and KONG Konnect.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Kubernetes and Rest API development.
- Experience with COTS Products in BFS Ast&Wlth is advantageous.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
