Job Summary
The Manager-Business Transformation role focuses on driving organizational change through innovative strategies and technologies. With expertise in Minitab Generative AI and Automation the candidate will lead impactful projects to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency in a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
Drive business transformation initiatives by leveraging advanced tools such as Minitab Generative AI and Automation to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and implement solutions that align with organizational goals.Develop and execute strategic plans to integrate automation and AI technologies into existing workflows ensuring seamless adoption and measurable outcomes.Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis using Minitab to support decision-making and enhance operational performance.Oversee the design and implementation of automation frameworks to reduce manual efforts and improve accuracy across business processes.Monitor and evaluate the impact of transformation projects ensuring alignment with key performance indicators and organizational objectives.Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate teams on the benefits and applications of Generative AI and automation technologies.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices while implementing new technologies and methodologies.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes timelines and deliverables ensuring successful execution and completion.Drive innovation by staying updated on emerging trends in AI automation and process optimization applying them to business transformation strategies.Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing changes based on team and stakeholder input.Develop comprehensive documentation for all transformation projects including workflows methodologies and outcomes to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.Act as a subject matter expert in Minitab Generative AI and automation providing guidance and support to teams across the organization.
Qualifications
Demonstrate proficiency in Minitab for statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making.Showcase expertise in Generative AI technologies and their applications in business transformation.Exhibit strong knowledge of automation tools and frameworks to optimize workflows and processes.Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Have a proven track record of leading successful business transformation projects in a hybrid work environment.Display strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions.Bring a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in business transformation with a focus on AI and automation technologies.Show adaptability and problem-solving skills to address challenges and drive impactful results.Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and advancements.Possess the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality outcomes.Exhibit strong organizational skills to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives.Have a deep understanding of operational efficiency and its impact on organizational success.
