Job Summary
The Sr Developer role focuses on designing and enhancing customer communication solutions using QI Scaler and Quadient Inspire Interactive and Inspire. The role involves translating complex business needs from investment banking and brokerage stakeholders into scalable hybrid ready applications. The professional will ensure high quality secure and compliant communications that improve client trust and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design complex customer communication workflows using QI Scaler and Quadient Inspire tools to deliver accurate and timely content for investment banking and brokerage stakeholders
- Develop reusable templates and components in Quadient Inspire Interactive to support scalable communication solutions across multiple business lines
- Configure and optimize QI Scaler environments to handle high volume document generation while maintaining performance and reliability standards
- Collaborate with business analysts to translate functional requirements into detailed technical designs that align with hybrid work delivery expectations
- Implement robust data integration routines to consume validate and transform financial data from upstream systems into Quadient solutions with high accuracy
- Perform detailed code reviews and quality checks to ensure adherence to development standards regulatory guidelines and enterprise security practices
- Conduct unit testing system testing and regression testing of communication workflows to reduce defects and improve overall solution stability
- Troubleshoot production incidents by analyzing logs and data flows and then implement sustainable fixes to minimize disruption to client communications
- Document technical designs configuration decisions and deployment procedures to support smooth knowledge transfer and ongoing maintenance by global teams
- Coordinate with infrastructure and operations teams to schedule deployments and environment updates that align with day shift windows and change control processes
- Engage with domain experts from investment banking and brokerage to refine communication logic and ensure outputs meet regulatory and client expectations
- Identify opportunities for automation and performance tuning within existing Quadient solutions to reduce processing time and operational cost
- Mentor junior developers by sharing best practices in Quadient implementation and problem solving to uplift overall team capability
Qualifications
- possess a strong background in QI Scaler configuration and optimization with at least six years of hands on experience in complex enterprise projects
- demonstrate deep proficiency in Quadient Inspire Interactive and Inspire modules including template design scripting and workflow orchestration
- hold proven experience in designing and deploying high volume document generation solutions that integrate with core banking or financial platforms
- bring working knowledge of investment banking and brokerage processes such as client reporting trade confirmations and regulatory statements as a valued advantage
- show capability in analyzing large data sets creating robust data mappings and ensuring data quality within customer communication solutions
- exhibit strong problem solving skills with the ability to diagnose production issues and implement stable fixes within defined service level expectations
- display effective collaboration skills to work with cross functional hybrid teams including analysts testers and operations partners during day shifts
- demonstrate familiarity with secure coding practices compliance needs and risk controls typical of regulated financial institutions
