Job Summary
We are seeking a senior developer designing and enhancing robust enterprise applications using C sharp and dot Net while automating operational workflows with Windows batch scripting. Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver secure scalable and maintainable solutions that improve business efficiency and create reliable digital experiences for global customers.
Responsibilities
Design and implement complex application components using C sharp and dot Net frameworks to deliver secure scalable and maintainable software that aligns with enterprise technical standards and business expectations.Develop efficient backend services and reusable libraries that optimize performance reduce resource consumption and simplify future feature enhancements across multiple business modules.Create refine and maintain Windows batch scripts that automate build deployment file processing and routine maintenance tasks to reduce manual effort and operational risk.Collaborate with business analysts and product stakeholders to clarify requirements refine user stories and translate functional needs into technical designs that are practical and cost effective.Review existing code bases to refactor legacy components improve readability remove redundant logic and introduce modern dot Net patterns that increase system stability.Write comprehensive unit tests and integration tests that validate core application logic improve code coverage and support confident low risk releases in the day shift delivery window.Troubleshoot complex production incidents by analyzing logs reproducing issues in controlled environments and applying targeted fixes that restore service quickly and prevent recurrence.Document technical designs configuration details batch script logic and deployment steps in a clear and structured manner so that team members can maintain and extend solutions efficiently.Coordinate with quality assurance and operations teams in a hybrid work environment to align on acceptance criteria test scenarios and rollout plans that minimize disruption to business users.Optimize database interactions and service integration points used by C sharp and dot Net components to reduce latency improve throughput and ensure reliable data consistency across systems.Mentor junior developers by providing constructive code reviews sharing practical tips for using C sharp and dot Net effectively and promoting sound engineering practices across the team.Adapt development and scripting approaches based on feedback from monitoring tools and user reports so that applications remain responsive secure and resilient over time.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by proposing automation opportunities design enhancements and coding standards that strengthen the delivery pipeline and support the company mission to build trustworthy digital solutions for society.
Qualifications
Possess six to eight years of hands on software development experience with a strong focus on building and maintaining enterprise applications using C sharp and dot Net technologies.Demonstrate deep proficiency in object oriented design design patterns and clean coding principles that enable creation of robust solutions that are easy to test and extend.Show proven experience in writing and maintaining Windows batch scripts for automation of builds deployments file transfers and scheduled jobs in enterprise environments.Exhibit solid understanding of relational databases structured query language and data access techniques commonly used in dot Net applications to support reliable data processing.Apply practical knowledge of secure coding practices error handling strategies and logging approaches that help protect information and support effective incident analysis.Display familiarity with modern source control and work management tools such as Git and Agile boards to collaborate smoothly in a hybrid team setting without the need for travel.Bring experience working within Agile or Scrum methodologies where regular collaboration iterative delivery and continuous feedback are central to successful outcomes.Communicate clearly with technical and non technical partners explaining design choices risks and trade offs so that decisions are well informed and aligned with business goals.Preferably have exposure to cloud hosted dot Net solutions or container based deployments which can support future modernization of existing applications and services.
