Job Summary
Contribute as a senior software engineer in a hybrid work model to design build and optimize secure scalable applications using dot Net ASP Net Core ASP Net MVC Python SQL Server C Sharp SQL Azure and JavaScript for consumer lending solutions that improve loan processing efficiency data accuracy and customer experience across a leading global organization.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust scalable and secure applications using dot Net ASP Net Core ASP Net MVC and the dot Net Framework to support complex consumer lending workflows and business rules that improve loan processing efficiency and accuracy
- Implement backend logic and reusable services in C Sharp and SQL Server that optimize data storage retrieval and transaction processing for high volume lending systems while maintaining strong performance and reliability
- Build and enhance REST based application programming interfaces that integrate consumer lending platforms with internal and external systems ensuring consistent data exchange and smooth digital experiences for customers and partners
- Create intuitive responsive and accessible user interfaces with JavaScript HTML and related libraries that allow lending operations and customer service teams to manage applications approvals and servicing tasks effectively
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries stored procedures and database objects in SQL Server to handle credit risk data payment histories and product configuration while ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance
- Leverage Azure services including application hosting data services and monitoring to deploy maintain and observe consumer lending applications with high availability and efficient resource utilization in a hybrid environment
- Write clean modular and testable code in C Sharp Python and JavaScript following coding standards and secure coding practices to reduce defects simplify maintenance and support future feature expansion in lending products
- Collaborate closely with product owners business analysts and domain experts in consumer lending to translate functional requirements and regulatory constraints into detailed technical designs and implementation plans
- Perform thorough unit testing integration testing and system testing using automated testing frameworks to ensure stability accuracy and performance of critical lending functions such as origination underwriting and servicing
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to uphold strong engineering standards improve code quality and share best practices for building resilient lending solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents and defects by analyzing logs data and application behavior and then proposing sustainable fixes that minimize downtime and customer impact
- Document technical designs data models configuration details and deployment steps in a clear and structured manner to support smooth knowledge transfer onboarding and ongoing operations in a hybrid work setup
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize application performance streamline build and release pipelines and enhance observability across the consumer lending technology stack
Qualifications
- Demonstrate strong hands on experience of six to eight years in building enterprise applications using dot Net ASP Net Core ASP Net MVC and the dot Net Framework with a focus on quality performance and maintainability
- Exhibit advanced proficiency in C Sharp SQL and SQL Server including query optimization indexing and transaction handling for financial or consumer lending datasets with attention to data integrity and security
- Apply practical experience with Azure services such as platform hosting identity management and monitoring to deploy and operate applications in a scalable secure and cost effective manner
- Bring solid programming capability in Python for data processing automation and scripting scenarios that support analytics risk modeling or batch operations within the lending domain
- Showcase proven exposure to JavaScript and modern web practices to build responsive browser based interfaces that empower operations teams and end users in lending journeys
- Display deep domain knowledge in consumer lending processes including application capture credit decisioning loan booking servicing and collections to ensure that technical solutions align with regulatory and business needs
- Operate effectively in a hybrid work environment by using collaboration tools structured communication and disciplined task management to deliver consistent outcomes during day shifts without travel requirements
