Job Summary
This hybrid role for a Technology Architect focuses on designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Lightning and core platform capabilities while ensuring excellent user experience and robust IT business support. The architect will translate business needs into scalable architectures govern integration patterns and guide teams to deliver secure reliable and maintainable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design scalable Salesforce architectures that align with business goals and ensure robust support for user experience and IT business support needs
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed Salesforce solution designs that optimize Experience Cloud sites Service Cloud consoles and Lightning applications
- Define integration patterns across Salesforce and enterprise systems using secure and performant approaches that ensure data consistency and reliability
- Oversee configuration and customization of Salesforce objects flows validation rules and automation to deliver maintainable solutions that align with platform best practices
- Guide development of Apex classes triggers and Lightning components to implement complex business logic while maintaining code quality and reusability
- Optimize Salesforce Experience Cloud implementations to deliver intuitive user journeys content personalization and consistent branding across channels
- Enhance Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities by configuring case management knowledge management and omni channel features that improve service quality and response times
- Drive adoption of Salesforce Lightning features by shaping modern user interfaces ensuring responsive layouts and improving productivity for business users
- Collaborate with IT business support teams to define operational processes incident handling and change management practices that keep Salesforce environments stable and compliant
- Conduct impact assessments and solution reviews to identify risks dependencies and performance considerations before implementing changes in Salesforce environments
- Establish governance for configuration data migration and release management to ensure reliable deployments across sandboxes and production environments
- Develop technical documentation including solution blueprints integration specifications and configuration guides to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge transfer
- Mentor implementation teams by sharing Salesforce architecture patterns review deliverables and promoting consistent development and configuration standards
- Partner with user experience specialists to refine interface layouts and workflows so that Salesforce solutions remain intuitive accessible and aligned with end user expectations
- Evaluate new Salesforce features and AppExchange solutions and recommend adoption strategies that enhance business value while controlling technical debt
- Monitor system usage and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities improve response times and reduce incidents in collaboration with IT business support teams
Qualifications
- Possess extensive hands on experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud design and implementation with emphasis on secure access models site structure and personalized experiences
- Exhibit strong proficiency in SFDC integration including REST based integrations middleware orchestration and error handling that ensure reliable data exchange across systems
- Demonstrate deep capability in SFDC development and customization using Apex Lightning components and declarative tools to implement advanced business processes
- Show proven experience in SFDC Service Cloud configuration including case routing service levels workflows and knowledge to elevate customer service outcomes
- Apply advanced SFDC Lightning configuration skills to create dynamic pages Lightning apps and utility components that improve usability and performance
- Display solid expertise in SFDC configuration including object modeling security model automation rules and page layouts to align platform behavior with business requirements
- Bring practical experience in user experience design concepts including usability accessibility and interaction flows to ensure Salesforce solutions remain user centered
- Provide strong IT business support experience including incident resolution root cause analysis and stakeholder communication to maintain stable and reliable operations
- Hold a professional background of ten to fourteen years in enterprise solutions with a significant focus on Salesforce architecture and complex implementation deliveries
- Adapt effectively to a hybrid work model demonstrating clear communication collaboration discipline and productivity across both onsite and remote work settings
- Commit to continuous learning of Salesforce platform updates architecture patterns and emerging integration practices to keep solutions modern secure and efficient
- Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and business partners to ensure that Salesforce initiatives deliver measurable value to the organization and broader society through improved services and digital experiences
