About the role
As a Cloud DevOps Lead Engineer, you will make an impact by driving the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices that enable scalable, secure, and efficient application delivery. You will be a valued member of the engineering team and work closely with architects, developers, infrastructure teams, and client stakeholders to deliver modern cloud solutions and automation capabilities.
In this role, you will:
- Lead end-to-end DevOps delivery and own the implementation of CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments.
- Design, build, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes.
- Support and optimize application deployments within AWS cloud environments.
- Implement and manage containerized platforms using Kubernetes.
- Develop and maintain Jenkins pipelines to streamline software delivery.
- Utilize Ansible for configuration management and automation.
- Collaborate with engineering and client teams to identify, design, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Work Model

What you need to have to be considered
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Strong expertise in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
- Extensive experience with Jenkins pipeline development and automation.
- Strong AWS cloud engineering and deployment experience.
- Experience deploying and managing Kubernetes environments.
- Proficiency with Ansible for configuration management and automation.
- Proven ability to independently lead DevOps initiatives and drive successful outcomes in client-facing environments.

- Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise application deployments.
- Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience within the Banking, Financial Services, or Payments domain.

Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $86,000 and $136,000 USD, depending on experience, qualifications, and other factors permitted by law.
Eligible candidates may also be considered for discretionary bonuses and other performance-based compensation, where applicable.
