- Support audio-visual and video conferencing environments, including endpoints, meeting room panels, telepresence systems, and live events.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and client support organizations, acting as an onsite escort where required, and managing AV equipment installation projects.
- Configure BIOS, hardware settings, OS settings, system drivers, core applications, encryption, VPN, and access management software in accordance with client policies.
- Implement and deploy end-user device software patches and hardware upgrades in alignment with client corporate compliance policies.
- Decommission end-user equipment from client asset systems and restore work areas to pre-repair condition upon completion of all support activities.
- Support new employee onboarding, provide hot-swap replacement devices, assist with data backups/restores, and obtain end-user sign-off on completed service requests.
- Ensure tickets contain sufficient detail; escalate to team leader or manager when guidance is needed and obtain approval before attending shoulder-tapped tickets.
