Service Now Alliances Lead, Associate Director.

Job Summary

This role focuses on delivering secure artificial intelligence solutions for global clients by integrating analytics driven controls into Service Now based platforms in a hybrid work model. The AI Security Delivery Lead manages complex projects aligns with business stakeholders ensures regulatory compliant implementations and drives measurable risk reduction across enterprise ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI security delivery initiatives that integrate Service Now platforms with analytics driven risk controls to ensure secure and compliant enterprise solutions for global clients.
• Oversee end to end planning of AI security projects by defining scope schedules resources and quality measures that enable predictable delivery outcomes in a hybrid work model.
• Provide guidance on secure design patterns for AI workflows within Service Now to reduce exposure to data misuse model abuse and unauthorized access across the ecosystem.
• Coordinate cross functional teams including architects engineers and analysts to align AI security controls with analytics insights and business priorities in day to day operations.
• Establish standardized delivery processes for AI security implementations that leverage analytics to monitor effectiveness and continuously reduce operational risk.
• Drive alignment between client security policies and AI solution architectures by translating regulatory expectations into actionable design and configuration tasks.
• Review technical configurations for Service Now AI and automation components to confirm adherence to security baselines encryption standards access policies and segregation of duties.
• Collaborate with analytics specialists to design dashboards and reports that provide actionable visibility into AI risk indicators incident trends and control performance.
• Mentor project team members on AI security principles secure analytics practices and Service Now governance to uplift overall delivery maturity and capability.
• Engage with client stakeholders during workshops and status reviews to explain AI security risks residual exposures and mitigation strategies in clear and practical terms.
• Monitor production environments to validate that AI enabled workflows in Service Now operate within agreed risk tolerances and trigger timely remediation when anomalies arise.
• Document detailed runbooks playbooks and operating procedures that describe how AI security controls and analytics checks should be executed and maintained over the lifecycle of the solution.
• Coordinate with internal risk and compliance teams to ensure that AI security delivery outcomes support audit readiness evidence collection and adherence to industry frameworks.
• Optimize delivery efficiency by using analytics to identify process bottlenecks recurring defects and control weaknesses and by implementing targeted improvement actions.
• Align project metrics such as defect density incident volume and resolution time with company objectives to demonstrate the tangible value of secure AI delivery for clients and society.

Qualifications

• Require extensive experience in AI security delivery for large enterprises with a proven background in translating complex security requirements into implementable project tasks.
• Require strong hands on exposure to Service Now modules workflows and integrations with a focus on configuring secure access models data protections and automation safeguards.
• Require practical experience in analytics including building or consuming dashboards metrics and data models to monitor risk performance and operational health of AI solutions.
• Require prior involvement in designing or reviewing secure architectures for AI or machine learning solutions that handle sensitive or regulated data within enterprise environments.
• Require excellent stakeholder management skills to coordinate with client teams internal delivery groups and security specialists while maintaining clear and consistent communication.
• Nice to have familiarity with industry security frameworks and standards such as ISO NIST or similar guidelines that influence AI security and analytics governance.
• Nice to have exposure to cloud platforms and their security services so that AI and analytics solutions integrated with Service Now can operate securely across hybrid environments.
• Nice to have experience with automation scripting or orchestration within Service Now to embed security guardrails and analytics checks directly into operational workflows.
• Nice to have experience working in hybrid work models while supporting distributed teams across time zones and maintaining high quality delivery standards.

Certifications Required

Preferred certifications include Certified Information Systems Security Professional and Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist or equivalent AI security credential.
