Partner Advisory Sales Operations Manager
Location: Sofia (Bulgaria)

The Partner Specialist Regional Lead has a critical role within the program, responsible for leading and managing the delivery of partner advisory services to our partners. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring that our partners receive exceptional, timely, and effective advice and support, ultimately contributing to their success and growth.
Responsibilities
Lead and Manage Partner Specialist Targets, KPIs and regional expectations
Oversee and manage the entire advisory services delivery process, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate resources and ensure seamless service delivery.
Build and Maintain Partner Relationships:
Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with our partners, fostering trust and open communication.
Understand our partners' unique business needs, challenges, and objectives to tailor advisory services accordingly.
Identify and Recommend Solutions:
Conduct thorough analyses of our partners' business operations, identifying areas for improvement and potential risks.
Develop and present customized solutions aligned with our partners' strategic goals, leveraging industry best practices and innovative approaches.
Develop and Deliver Reports and Business Reviews:
Prepare comprehensive reports that provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Deliver engaging presentations to communicate complex concepts effectively to our partners.
Manage Projects:
Develop and manage project plans, ensuring efficient resource allocation, timely execution, and successful project outcomes.
Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and keep stakeholders informed of project status.
Lead and Manage Professionals:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Qualifications and experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Sales, Marketing or related field
Min 10+ years of experience working with & leading Partner sales/sales (tech) in Partner Advisory or Partner Business Development teams
Advance English language proficiency - C1 or above certifie
Solid understanding of cloud technologies and digital transformation concept
Cloud Digital Leader or any other cloud certification is a big advantage
Excellent Sales Pipeline management and negotiation skills
Account management and profiling experience is a must
Ability to work against revenue and pipeline related targets as well as work under pressure and tight deadlines
Customer/partner first approach
Being a true team player - ability to work efficiently with multiple stakeholders across different teams
Excellent soft and representational skills
Excellent time management skills
Strategic mindset - ability to think a few steps ahead
Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
