Qualifications

  • Possess 2 to 4 years of experience in customer service with a focus on Workers Compensation claims.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills both verbal and written with proficiency in Spanish.

  • Demonstrate familiarity with Workers Compensation regulations and processes.
  • Bring a customer-first mindset ensuring satisfaction and resolution in every interaction.
  • Display excellent organizational skills for managing multiple claims simultaneously.
  • Have experience working in a hybrid work model and adapting to rotational shifts.
  • Show proficiency in using claim management software and tools.
