Job Summary

This hybrid role is for a technical lead with substantial experience in designing and delivering scalable enterprise applications using ASP.NET Core Web API React Js SQL .Net Core and Node JS guiding a team to build high quality solutions that enable digital products and services for global clients in travel and hospitality while ensuring robust engineering standards and secure performant systems.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of highly scalable services using ASP.NET Core Web API and .Net Core to deliver secure and reliable business functionality for enterprise applications in a hybrid work environment.
  • Oversee the end to end implementation of responsive user interfaces using React Js ensuring intuitive user journeys and consistent performance across modern browsers and devices.
  • Drive the creation and optimization of complex SQL queries and database schemas to ensure data integrity high availability and efficient reporting for business critical features.
  • Coordinate full stack development efforts across ASP.NET Core Web API React Js and Node JS to provide cohesive solutions that align with architectural guidelines and nonfunctional requirements.
  • Guide the team in applying modular coding practices code reuse and maintainability patterns so that applications remain easy to extend support and troubleshoot over time.
  • Ensure rigorous code reviews static analysis and unit test coverage for all backend and frontend components to improve reliability and reduce production incidents.
  • Collaborate with product owners business analysts and architects to translate business needs into actionable technical designs that support new product development and ongoing enhancements.
  • Manage the planning and execution of sprints by estimating effort tracking progress removing technical blockers and ensuring on time delivery of agreed scope.
  • Implement secure coding practices for authentication authorization data protection and input validation so that solutions comply with corporate policies and industry regulations.
  • Optimize application performance by profiling bottlenecks tuning database queries and refining caching strategies to deliver consistent response times under varying loads.
  • Coordinate defect triage and root cause analysis activities ensuring timely resolution documentation of learnings and preventive improvements in design or process.
  • Collaborate with operations and support teams to enable robust monitoring logging and alerting so that production systems can be observed maintained and restored efficiently.
  • Engage with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation reusability and technical innovation that improve developer productivity and reduce long term ownership cost for the company.


Qualifications

  • Display strong proficiency in ASP.NET Core Web API and .Net Core with proven experience designing and implementing enterprise grade services over at least nine years.
  • Exhibit hands on expertise in React Js including state management component design and integration with backend APIs for complex data driven user interfaces.
  • Demonstrate advanced skills in relational database design and SQL including normalized schemas stored procedures indexing and performance tuning for transactional workloads.
  • Show practical experience working with Node JS for building services tooling or integration components that complement the .Net based ecosystem.
  • Apply solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals including object oriented design asynchronous programming and design patterns used in modern web solutions.
  • Bring prior exposure to new product development or platforms in travel and hospitality such as ticketing reservations or airline services which is considered an added advantage.
  • Operate comfortably in a hybrid work model using modern collaboration tools while communicating clearly with distributed teams and diverse business partners.
  • Maintain strong problem solving and analytical abilities with a consistent record of diagnosing complex issues and implementing pragmatic solutions in production environments.
  • Sustain good knowledge of secure development practices performance engineering and continuous improvement methods to help the organization deliver dependable digital products.
