About the role
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to oversee a group of teams working on social media monitoring, content quality and localization support across multiple markets. You'll be responsible for team performance, service delivery and continuous improvement.
What you will do
- Lead day-to-day operations across all three functions, ensuring SLA, KPI, productivity and quality targets are met,
- Manage distributed teams across Poland and Romania in a remote/WFH setup,
- Own workforce planning, staffing, scheduling, capacity management and business continuity,
- Handle operational, policy and quality escalations, coordinating with internal leadership and the client as required,
- Drive governance calls, performance reviews and business updates,
- Oversee social media monitoring activities, including risk identification and timely issue resolution,
- Ensure linguistic quality and subtitle localization excellence for French content, while leading QA governance for German, Italian and French workflows,
- Prepare regular performance reports and drive ongoing improvement initiatives across the teams.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience,
- Previous experience in content operations, localization, quality or a related field,
- Proven experience leading teams, ideally in a multilingual or international setting,
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills,
- Comfortable working with reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI),
- Language skills: English (C1), French (C1); good to have: Russian (C1).
