AI Developer
What You'll Do
- Design and develop AI agents, copilots, and autonomous workflows
- Build LLM-powered applications using RAG, APIs, embeddings, and vector databases
- Create scalable end-to-end AI solutions from development to production
- Apply MLOps/LLMOps best practices to ensure reliable and high-performing systems
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver innovative AI use cases
- Stay at the forefront of Generative AI and Agentic AI advancements
What You'll Bring
- 3-5+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering
- Strong Python programming skills
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and AI application development
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face, or similar
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases
- Understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, and modern data architectures
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Fluent English; German is a plus
