The Saviynt IGA Architect will lead the end-to-end design, strategy, and technical delivery of Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC) solutions. You will be responsible for transforming organizational security policies into scalable identity workflows, overseeing complex integrations with ERPs like SAP and Workday, and ensuring a "Zero Trust" architecture. This is a high-impact role requiring both high-level strategic vision and deep hands-on technical proficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and document the end-to-end IGA architecture, including Identity Warehouse, connector frameworks, and security system configurations.
- Workflow Design: Architect complex Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) automation, multi-level approval workflows, and exception handling logic using Saviynt’s workflow engine.
- Advanced Integrations: Lead the onboarding of critical enterprise applications (SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, AWS, Azure/Entra ID) using REST/SOAP, JDBC, and SCIM connectors.
- Governance & Compliance: Define and implement Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules, risk-based access models (RBAC/ABAC), and automated certification campaigns to meet SOX, GDPR, or HIPAA requirements.
- Technical Authority: Serve as the primary SME for troubleshooting complex platform issues, performance tuning, and peer-reviewing technical designs from the implementation team.
- Innovation: Leverage Saviynt’s AI/ML features for intelligent access recommendations and outlier detection to minimize identity-related risks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Expertise
- Saviynt Proficiency: hands-on experience with Saviynt IGA (EIC). Mastery of Saviynt UI, JSON rules, SQL queries, and API-based integrations.
- Identity Fundamentals: Deep understanding of LDAP/AD, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SCIM.
- Programming/Scripting: Strong skills in Java/J2EE (for custom JARs), Python, or PowerShell, and expert-level SQL for data manipulation and reporting.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Experience deploying or managing IGA in AWS or Azure environments.
Professional Experience
- Good Experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), with at least 3 full-lifecycle Saviynt implementations as a Lead Architect.
- Proven experience leading technical discussions with C-suite stakeholders and system integrators.
Certifications (Preferred)
- Saviynt Certified Advanced IGA Professional (SCAIP)
- Saviynt Certified Architect (SCA)
- CISSP or CISM (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
Soft Skills
- Problem Solving: Ability to decompose complex business requirements into modular technical components.
- Mentorship: Experience guiding junior engineers and configuration analysts.
- Communication: Fluent in translating "security-speak" into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
