We are seeking an ITSM SNOW Consultant

In this role, you will:
- Design & Implement ServiceNow Solutions — Architect and deploy ITSM and ITOM modules to streamline IT service management processes and enhance infrastructure monitoring and automation.
What you’ll need to succeed (required skills):
Possess extensive hands-on experience with Possess in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM ITOM and Performance Analytics with hands-on experience in designing and implementing these modules.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills to interpret data and create actionable insights using ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
Have a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and its integration with ServiceNow solutions.
Display expertise in ServiceNow architecture ensuring scalability and security of implemented solutions.
Compensation: We are offering an annual salary of $95,000-$114,000.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
